The report recommended a response to Kent County Council on the supplementary minerals and waste sites options consultation of the new Minerals and Waste Development Framework.
Following consideration by the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that the views on Kent County Council's Mineral and Waste Sites Development Plan Documents - Supplementary Options Consultation (October 2011), as set out in the report, be transmitted to Kent County Council in response to its consultation.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 16 November 2011.
